PastorGary Posted May 25, 2018 Report Posted May 25, 2018 Refer to 95.1705 of the Rules, Section C -2 : "Any individual who holds an individual license may allow his or her immediate family members to operate his or her GMRS station or stations. Immediate family members are the licensee's spouse, children, grandchildren, stepchildren, parents, grandparents, stepparents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and in-laws." They do NOT have to reside in the same household. Quote
Othergrampa Posted May 26, 2018 Author Report Posted May 26, 2018 Thanks for the clarification. I'm sure I will have more questions. Quote
