I'm trying to access a repeater that has both PL and DPL codes into my Baofeng BF-F8. I am using CHIRP to program it.
The RX on the repeater uses a PL code and the TX on the repeater uses a DPL code. The columns in CHIRP are a bit confusing to me. The Tone Mode is set to CROSS, Tone is set to the correct number. Tone Squelch is empty.
DTCS Code is empty and DTCS Rx Code is set to the correct value. Polarity is NN and Cross Mode is set to Tone->DTCS. I have the offset set correctly and mode is FM.
I still can't hear the repeater although I should be in range. Can anyone give me an idea of what I'm doing wrong?
