WRTJ860 Posted July 4, 2022 Report Share Posted July 4, 2022 Made first contact yesterday with these two Kool guys, i kind of interrupted their conversation (when there was a pause) i tried to be as polite as i could I'm very new to all this, but Mike and Tim were a hoot especially Mike, I'm sure if regulations were somewhat lax that conversation could've gotten a lil crazy. WRTE380 Posted July 12, 2022 Report Share Posted July 12, 2022 Neat isn't it? I was travelling from GA to WI on Sunday and talked to a couple guys in Indy and then another in WI late that night. They were my first contacts as well. It was pretty cool. All very nice. Impressed my radio reached out 24 miles with a little Midland Ghost antenna mounted beside my hood on the Gladiator.
