Radioddity (GM-30) buzzing when I press PTT

Good afternoon,

I'm new to GMRS (and radios) so hoping this is an easy fix.  I recently purchased a pair of GM-30s, received today, assembled and fully charged both.  However, one of the radios (A) buzzes when I press the other radio's (B) PTT.  Initally, I thought the radios were too close but, going the other way (A to B), the transmission is loud and clear. 

I thought it could be the firmware but they're both running V06.03.009 which looks to be the most recent version. 

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Before you make any conclusions, try separating the radios like they would normally be used, like a hundred yards or something, and see how they work. Radios aren't really designed to work that well that close together.

I gave it a shot on different channels, power levels and distances...same issue.  I'll email Radioddity support.  The box was damaged and the interior packaging was a little off so I'm wondering if this was a previously returned item.  Thanks for the quick response.  Enjoy your evening.
