UV9GX fm radio

Finally received my radios and am struggling through the limited instructions to find a way to manually input a station. Any help is appreciated, I'm new to the GMRS world and radios so if this seems elementary I apologize. I only have some knowledge on the UV5R as a walkie talkie scenario in the woods. Thank you!

The UV-9GX is supported under the latest version (0421) of CHIRP.

New Simplex or Scanner Channels:

• Switch to the FREQ-VFO Display Mode (see above).
• Use the Channel Knob, ▲▼ or 1∼9 keys to select/enter desired
frequency.
• Set any other desired parameters in the Function Menu.
• Write the frequency to a channel using [MENU 30_MEM-CH |
001∼999]. New/unused channels will display in alternate color.
 (See Basic Operation – Function Menu instructions.)

Well I got my new radio and messed up and deleted all the channels except for the 1st 30 now I don’t have the ones that was on there I have the kg-uv9gx

Yeah I seen that but I don’t know what to do I might send it back and have them fix it I ont have a laptop in the truck and I don’t know how to put all those channels back thanks for the reply
