I wouldn’t add Loctite unless the directions call for it. But I doubt it’d cause continuity issues. The aluminum oxide layer that forms almost immediately on aluminum surfaces is already a pretty good insulator but we’re dealing with alternating current in the UHF which waltzes through very thin layers of dielectrics.
