Programming a Repeater with Chirp

Man, I am so confused. I have googled till my brain hurts. Can someone explain how this should be entered in Chirp?

This is based on the permission to use: Rx 462.7000 pl 151.4 Tx 467.7000 dpl 464

I am having a hard time comparing and understanding PL and DPL terminology to the drop down columns in Chirp.

Here is how I entered it, but I don't this it is correct.

I did exactly that and I have a better understanding. Now I know what Cross tone it was looking for. Thanks NobaRubicon

Yeah me, I figured it out. I knew it had to be a Cross tone, but didnt know how to do the Tx side, as I could hear them but they couldn't here me. So I went into my radio, not Chirp, and entered the correct number into DTCS manually.
