Murph62 Posted December 2, 2023 Report Posted December 2, 2023 Man, I am so confused. I have googled till my brain hurts. Can someone explain how this should be entered in Chirp? This is based on the permission to use: Rx 462.7000 pl 151.4 Tx 467.7000 dpl 464 I am having a hard time comparing and understanding PL and DPL terminology to the drop down columns in Chirp. Here is how I entered it, but I don't this it is correct. Thanks for any help. I feel like I am close in understanding some things, but soooo very far away. LOL Quote

Now that you have it working correctly in your radio, download that into CHIRP and you will see how CHIRP expects to see it/how to enter it. Murph62 and WRUU653 2 Quote

0 Murph62 Posted December 2, 2023 Author Report Posted December 2, 2023 Yeah me, I figured it out. I knew it had to be a Cross tone, but didnt know how to do the Tx side, as I could hear them but they couldn't here me. So I went into my radio, not Chirp, and entered the correct number into DTCS manually. Quote
