WSAK295 Posted May 5, 2024 Report Posted May 5, 2024 Why does KG-1000G Plus status indicator light glow orange in between transmits and receives? Quote
1 WRXR360 Posted May 5, 2024 Report Posted May 5, 2024 That is the "Standby LED", and the default setting is orange. It can be turned off from software, or the front panel (WT-LED)... SteveShannon, WSAA254 and WRHS218 2 1 Quote
1 WRYZ926 Posted May 5, 2024 Report Posted May 5, 2024 Go to menu number 19 to change the color of the WT-LED. It is set to orange by default. Options are: off/red/orange/green. Menu no. 18 changes the TX-LED and menu no. 20 changes the RX-LED. The options are the same for all three. TX-LED is red by default and the TX-LED is green by default. You can set all of them to what you like. I have the RX-LED set to green, TX-LED set to red and the WT-LED set to off. SteveShannon and WRHS218 1 1 Quote
