Oh boy, I must really be messed up and beyond any help since I have my Amateur and GMRS licenses.  

I can't speak for other repeater owners. I do try to answer any and all requests in a timely manner. 

 

PS: I'm not crazy, I am perfectly insane, verified even.

No it wasn’t. The Q codes started in 1912. QSL started in the 1920s. 10-4 was created in the 1930s.

10-4 big buddy    you;re right..   10 codes came along after voice where as q codes were used primaly for Morse code..
