Very confused

I'm trying to program one of my local repeaters so I went online I got this set up for an example because I am completely lost It says the input and output tone is 023 DPL there is no option for 023 DPL or even just plain 023. Which one would be the right one because I've ran across this a couple times.

DPL, DTC, DTCC, and DCS are all the same thing.

"N" which means "N"normal is the default for this type of tone, so it would only be "i" if specified.
