How do I start a group and can it be open to all interested GMRS or not

I would like a group that includes FRS and Hams also. And people interested in learning and talking about radio...any suggestions

A group on this forum? Join first, and discover what is already here. If not here, then where, and what kind of group, in person group, or forum? And if forum, wjhy not simply take part in what is already here, and other places?

Sounds like the people that want to put up the 10th repeater in a small area just so they can have another one.

There are already forums here for FRS and amateur radio that you might not be able to see because you don’t have a full account. But to directly answer your question you could start a “club” for people to join.  I think that requires a premium membership.
