I figured for ham I should go for higher quality. So, I’ve got a Yaesu VX-6R. Every review and everything I’ve read about these radios speak well of them. I’m sure some of y’all if not most all of yall already know this. The VX-6R is the radio to have in case of the apocalypse. Immersion proof, metal chassis, and reliable. I like it.
