Motorola xpr mobiles and programming software

Where is a good source for these radios?  Do the same places provide the CPS that works with the radio?

I got my xpr4550 from ebay.  Here is the information about the CPS:

CPS2.0 from a Motorola user account is what you need.

myview.motorolasolutions.com is the only official location to get TRBO/XPR software.

If you buy the programming cable from BlueMax49ers, they also can supply the programming software.  I bought the XPR2500 cable from them and got the software.

I got my XPR5550e from eBay. It was brand new still in the box and I paid $450. I am using the Motorola CPS 2  software.

If you go through the trouble to make an account, they will "sell" you the software for $0. Buying radios is now supposed to go through a dealer.

It's a huge download, about 1GB. I have the wide-band and password work around patch for CPS 16 build 828 if you go that route.
