Hi guys. I have the SW-102 ver.5.1 and i read my XPR5550 UHF radio but reading was wrong. Can someone help me how to calibrate the manu.Adj Fw-RW- adj Freq- Adj PWR+. I buy this 5550 and I want to check my SWR Etc. Thanks guys

Right now, Nothing. I only have Radios, Antenna , cables power supply. Just the simple. That the hard part for me, because I never built a repeater by myself. I think I need like a ( LIST TO BUY) I got 4 radios. 2 MCS2000 40-50 w and 2- XTL2500

I think this is the cable you talking about… the thing is I have to see a video etc to do all this. You know..

Hi everyone and Thanks for always support me with your knowledge. I want to build a repeater with MCS2000 UHF radios. I don’t want make a mistake on this. Are this cable the right one? Because I know is use for Pyramide mobile repeater too. Thank you guys.

I know that site of repeater, but I don’t have the knowledge of cable on pin,etc. If you guys help me, when came to NYC , are welcome to use or by online. I have plan to fix all that later…?

I change my mind. The repeater are going with MCS2000 … some people told me the same and is true.

Thank You everyone for yours Opinion about this matter. Right now I got another issue, I got cheap coax cable and j-pole antenna. I want buy BETTER coax so I don’t lost power and a better Antenna to use like a repeater too, in near future. I read about LRM-400 , Wilson for coax and for Antenna Laird Antennas. I just want to have a GOOD equipment. What you guys Opinion? Thanks everyone

I GOT 2 XTL2500 MOTOROLA RADIO. I GOT GOOD COAX CABLE ,ANTENNA. I KNOW I NEED THE DUPLEX,BUT I DON'T KNOW WHICH ONE. AND I KNOW NEED SOMETHING ELSE.

HI. I think you need a antenna in your roof to transmitting far distances. i do it too and work perfect,but with a mobile radio and a power supply

That was the upgrade I found on the cps.

I try to upgrade the XTL2500, the radio got the version R17.01.01 and my Astro cps is R20.01.01. When i try to upgrade the radio, i have to located the file, but was the version R3 etc. maybe i have to download something else to upgrade the radio sussesfully. i got computer knowledge, but not on the Astro 25 mobile cps ver R20.01.01 Happy New Year everyone.

Any one here have a knowledge about FLASHport Motorola for XTL2500? I buy xtl2500 and have the R17.01.01 version. I got the R20.01.01, but I think I need a code to upgrade the radio.

I have 1 year in the GMRS world here in the south side of the Bronx. I spend some good dollar on equipment etc. but NO ONE TALK. The only one I copy is the Long Island, and all those repeater have to pay, but they not want anyone from the Bronx to join. Why, I think I know. On Simplex , Sometimes I found 1. I got CB and is the same.In Brooklyn have a OPEN repeater(good one) I hit it, but One used. The only good traffic are in the Private repeater, but they want keep like that…Let see what happens. i think you have to select the uv-9G when the programm ask which radio you are going to connect to Chirp. i got this radio too...
