The best GMRS Antenna I ever have is the Ed Fong GMRS jpole Antenna. I recommend and the prices is very cheap, compared with others GMRS Antenna in the market. Only need is a pvc psi 200 of 3 ft and good coax cable. I use LMR-400 with that antenna my SWR is 1.1. Get a Mobil radio(50w) with 20 amp power supply and you not need anything else. Hi everyone. I am try to tune this antenna, but I am little lost on the chart. I want tune for GMRS. Right now the SWR is too high(4.5) if anyone help me to read the chart to get the right measurements.

Hi guys. I have the SW-102 ver.5.1 and i read my XPR5550 UHF radio but reading was wrong. Can someone help me how to calibrate the manu.Adj Fw-RW- adj Freq- Adj PWR+. I buy this 5550 and I want to check my SWR Etc. Thanks guys
Right now, Nothing. I only have Radios, Antenna , cables power supply. Just the simple. That the hard part for me, because I never built a repeater by myself. I think I need like a ( LIST TO BUY) I got 4 radios. 2 MCS2000 40-50 w and 2- XTL2500

Thank You everyone for yours Opinion about this matter. Right now I got another issue, I got cheap coax cable and j-pole antenna. I want buy BETTER coax so I don’t lost power and a better Antenna to use like a repeater too, in near future. I read about LRM-400 , Wilson for coax and for Antenna Laird Antennas. I just want to have a GOOD equipment. What you guys Opinion? Thanks everyone
