I’m not sure I follow. Firstly, rescue from what? As far as I’m aware, only explicit military targets were targeted, and pretty surgically..

Secondly, I think you underestimate the Persian people there.. They’re actually pretty capable and educated.. I’m sure they’re not for want of all of the Baofengs they need..
