Good day GURU's
I recently got an out of the box,newTK-5810 .w/ Handheld controller!
I/ we are planning on using this for dense remote forests to mountain terrain in S.A.R / recreational 4x4 club use.
We are looking for programming settings for GMRS using the KPG-95D Software.
I have been poking around in the software prior to hooking the radio up to the computer.
dios.no need for any of the digital features like trunking, encryption, DTMF, synchronizing, messaging, data, or other Kenwood radios
Will only be used conventionally analog.. later on repeater access.
Where would I find the setting to use?
what would they be?
I would like to have different settings for the same GMRS channel in its own radio memory channel.
Example:
GMRS Ch.15 wide band, low power
15 wide band, High Power
15 Narrow Band, Low Power
15 Narrow band, High power
Would like to do this for EACH channel in it's own radio memory slot. / talk group
so EACH GMRS channel will have 4 versions and 4 memory slots in radio.
Maybe have 1 GMRS CH. (4 versions) in each Radio talk group? I don't know.. Lots of possibilities!
What settings would I need to achieve this?
would like to be able to scan all the channels or is this even possible?
Thanks for Any assistance!
