If you got it today try tomorrow. Site has to pull the database from FCC.

This...unfortunately, it's not an instantaneous process, since the site database is based on data files from the FCC, rather than being able to search the ULS directly.

I discovered there's actually a disclaimer on this site's license search page indicating it can take 24-48 hours from the grant date for it to show up in the site database (to enable signups).
