What do you use to hang LMR400?

I'm setting up a base station and am looking for someway to run vertical and horizontal LMR400 (diameter 0.405" which is roughly ~3/8" or 10mm).  I can't find any cable clips this size, nor any hangers, etc... what do you use to attach LMR400 to both exterior vinyl siding and interior drywall?  I hate those straight nail clips, though I might have to use them for the interior run...

Another option is 7/16" coax cable staples. They work well for LMR400 and RG8 size coax.

Insulated metal ones for exterior and plastic for interior.  Both are Available in 3/8”

LMR400 has a foam dielectric which is easily crushed. The cable clamps shown above can be used if you use enough and don’t tighten them excessively. But for long vertical runs cable grips are better:

Man those are nice but how many come in a pack for $24?   The ad says one?  I hope it’s more than that.  If not it would make lmr400 cost 3-4 times what it does already.  Plus they would blow around in the wind and not hold tight to the wall.   I’ve never smashed coax with the other ones. They are just a tad over 3/8” and work perfectly.

These would work great also but my big clumsy finders would get all smashed up.  Plus when I’m up on a 24’ ladder the last thing I want to do is swing a hammer.  My hat is off to those that do.

if you have a 3D Printer there are tons of free files for cable clips in all sizes available on-line. Print them with ABS fillimant for UV protection..   They print failry fast and the various options will suite any need..

Usually you would only need one at the top of the cable to carry its weight.  Then you would use cable staples or screw in clamps fastened loosely enough that it doesn’t crush the cable. At that tension they might not actually keep the cable from sliding through, but they keep it from flapping in a wind.
