Election Today - Boarded up Businesses?

People are nervous about the outcome of the election today. Been reading stories where businesses have boarded up their windows etc. Anything that crazy going on in your area? At least by me I haven't noticed anything. Hopefully people will behave themselves regardless of the results.

I took a couple days off work because I don't want to stray too far from home unless I really need to - Sort of prepared like a winter storm was approaching. People are loony these days, and I'm glad I carry.

I live in a rural area that is an hour away from the closest big cities. I don't look for anything crazy to happen here. But I am always prepared for the worse.

Nope. My rural town has 2 stop lights and I bunch of people that don’t put up with that.   The 2 larger city’s that are close also dont have people like that.  When out siders tried that a few years ago they got turned around at the edge of town.

So far, it's quiet here (only 9:20 am here) but wait until tonight regardless of where you live you will bound to have issue that goes along with elections of any kind, I remember 2020 very well. Cars screeching up and down the block and also idiots firing off their guns and all that it was until the following morning before everything calmed down.

No we don’t have any of those issues in town.   Of coarse we only have 2 paved streets.  The mani 2 lane and the street the high school is on.  But no we do t have issues any time of year for any reason.

I like that Photo. Of course. it's standard Traffic, but it also looks like a Railroad Traffic wayside signal.
