I converted my HTs to a BNC-F connector to make it easy to swap out from car, home, and roll-up J Pole. I'll eventually buy short whip antennas with native BNC-M plug but I want to continue using my Nagoya 771 whip antennas that are SMA-F (HTs are SMA-M). My BNC adapter is flush and tight to the radio and I would like the BNC-SMA adapter for the antenna to be flush and tight as well but I can only find BNC-M to SMA-F adapters like that:

The only adapters I have seen are more for cabling that won't be as sturdy for antenna use.
