axorlov Posted October 18, 2021 Report Share Posted October 18, 2021 Ebay sometimes has listings for radios that "blabla do not transmit". Or "wires cut cannot test blabla" but with clear photo of the front panel working fine. So, if you can locate something like this and look into the seller's eyes (fat chance on ebay) I'd go for it.
