Antenna cable too short?

Planning on installing a KG-1000 body in a pickup under the back seat using a midland MXTA26 NMO roof mount on the roof.  If I run the cable direct (behind interior panels) it will be about 10 feet long.  Any issues being this short?

  @WRUW275 ^^^ this is the best answer.  If there was a realistic way to screw the antenna directly to the output of the radio, I would. LOL

Dash mount mobile, right-angle connector/adapter... And a ceramics drill to put a hole through the windshield
