How much should the barrel (or tip within the barrel) protrude from the threaded collar? I searched on-line and did not see an answer (except by buying the NMO spec). gortex2 Posted February 15 Report Share Posted February 15 When installing an NMO you want the outside ring the same height or a bit lower than the center. On a standard mount thats how it should be.
