  1. Or someone's got very tiny hands?
  2. IF you have nothing NICE to say, then maybe you should just say NOTHING AT ALL, rather than make an ASS out of yourself !!
  3. Wouxun's latest addition is the 935H which is identical in appearance to the 935G, but being a 3 Band radio for amateur radio with the 2meter/1.25 meter/70 cm bands, and with a 4 digit keypad trick it will also add Gmrs & Murs . Mine has been pretty flawless so far, and I like it alot. For those who hold both licenses, it's a nice addition.
  4. The TID- H3 Plus has some added Bluetooth features the previous model apparently didn't have, but that's all I've read so far.
  5. I prefer the H-8, simply because it's Larger and fit's my hand better... I can't do tiny radios lol!
  6. My primary site, actually.
  7. Narrow FM is the FCC approved default setting for the FRS frequencies, so that's Why you'll hear it better on NFM.
  8. I'm convinced if someone had a question about their APX 7000 or a Harris radio, SoCal would talk shit about it, just because he doesn't have one! I don't think he's happy unless he's being Negative about someone else's equipment.
  9. Anybody wanting to use High power on any of these talkies needs to REMEMBER, Very few of these duck style antennas are rated for anything Over 5 watts ! So be aware, Not only can you toast the antenna, but possibly damage the radio too with extended use of 8-10watts. You Can actually feel the base of the antenna get Warm after just a couple minutes of high power.
  10. That's funny, mine have done that too ! Some charging cradles, will allow you to put the radio in backwards, once it's fully charged so it stands up, but not in circuit.
  11. YOUR problem is leaving radios in the charging cradle, when you're NOT charging them !! Damaging your batteries is a thing, but you already are a Know-it-all so Why tell you, Right ?
  12. VERY Nice Ride ! Good luck on Dmr ! I'm n9zas on 3100, sometimes 93, or 31770 on Brandmeister.
  13. Except he's being serious, not Sarcastic.
  14. More from the peanut gallery Again ??
  15. Are you using a Kenwood Kpg cable ? I use a spare Anytone programming cable, and it works fine.
  16. NOT publishing a repeater on mygmrs.com as well as using Split tones is a Good way to insure your repeater is less known about too, if it's only for Family use.
  17. IF it transmits, it needs to ID, either by the Licensee OR by electronic means. A USER of the repeater is responsible to ID with their Own call sign if they're NOT immediate family.
  18. I'm convinced SoCal Doesn't understand this !
  19. DO YOU NOT READ ?? This was already replied to you in another post. The Repeater needs to ID it's owner/ Licensee call sign with an Auto ID, because other users Can't ID with the owners call sign !! The Repeater needs to ID itself. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ??
  20. Assuming you're using windows 10 or 11 you'll need KPG60D for your software, unless you're using an older OS. I have my 880-1 prog to directly to scan on power up.
  21. Exactly what WRYZ926 stated. you need to set your offset 5 mhz. up Example would be, listen on 462.650 and transmit on 467.650.
