There is no charge to create a forum account or a regular myGMRS account. Please be careful that you're not being scammed by someone or visiting the wrong website. If you bring up the sidebar on the main pages (either the "repeaters" or"map" pages will work), rather than the forums, and click on "my subscriptions", you'll get the page @Sshannonlinked. Same here...from the forum page I get the same "no subscriptions" page/message.
