Becoming a forums member

When I go through the steps to become a member of forums.my gmrs.com they ask for a credit card number and message “your credit card WILL NOT be charged” Is this right?

No, this is not right. The only thing that we charge for on the forums is if you join a GMRS club that has a membership fee. There is no charge to create a forum account or a regular myGMRS account. 

Please be careful that you're not being scammed by someone or visiting the wrong website.

Other than you happening to know that link because of looking into your crystal ball; I have looked all over the menus and cannot find a public link to that information.

Maybe Rich wants to keep Premium Membership a secret?!? 

 

For example, clicking on "$ Premuim" yields nothing.

If you bring up the sidebar on the main pages (either the "repeaters" or"map" pages will work), rather than the forums, and click on "my subscriptions", you'll get the page @Sshannonlinked.

Same here...from the forum page I get the same "no subscriptions" page/message. From the map page, I get a slightly different sidebar

Well, my wife and I did share a bottle of Prosecco this week and I had great baked clams for lunch today, so maybe that’s why I could find it…

Also if on mygmrs.com and logged into your account control panel should be open on the right side. Click on $Subscriptions
