Jack That might cause a problem now, but he had his GMRS callsign wrong, like Rich explained. The fact that he had a call sign at all demonstrates that the ULS system was working at that moment. However, since the FCC ULS website had been down for the last 2 weeks, I expect many people's licenses won't start to appear until Sunday or Monday when they publish the entire database each week.
