Hi!!!

     Does anyone know what setting to use for a Baofeng GMRS-9R on Chirp Next? Both my GMRS-9G came with Tx Lockout on Ch #15. The Amazon listing has a video to 'FIX' the Ch 15 Tx lockout is in a foreign language I don't understand.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!    THANKz!!

Others have done the hard part of getting the file… now take the 2 minutes and update it.

An easy to perform firmware update will fix this.

My fix would be to send it back and tell them to either send you one that works as advertised, or give back your money..

But, thats just me...

I had the same problem, tired different software fixes and they were all in Chinese so I could not get it uploaded, ended up sending it back.

Ditto, life is too short to have to deal with a radio that won't work properly.  There's too many other radios that do work well so I'd find a different option and give it a try.
